Cancellation Policy
At Patel Fashion, we offer our customers the flexibility to cancel their orders.
- Cancellation before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can do so. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cancellation after Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can refuse to accept the delivery, or you will have to initiate a return request once you receive the product. Please refer to our Return Policy below for the procedure.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@patelfashion.store with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. We will process the request as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and barcodes attached.
IMPORTANT: We require a clear and complete unboxing video of the parcel to accept any claims of damage, defect, or wrong product received. The video should start from the sealed outer packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@patelfashion.store with your order number, reason for the return, and the mandatory unboxing video (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit (as per your choice), within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size/item was sent from our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@patelfashion.store.
